Editorial content, methodology writeups, and benchmarks are published for general information. They are not advice for any specific account and are not a warranty of results.

3. Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and a scoped Statement of Work. Published pricing (4% flat of ad spend, $25K/mo minimum; Startup plan from $1,200/mo or 4%, whichever is higher) is the default and negotiated only for material scope changes.

4. Intellectual property

Site content is © Ads Legendary. Deliverables produced under an MSA are licensed as defined in that MSA. Do not scrape.

5. Limitations

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid in the preceding 3 months under any engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

The laws of the jurisdiction of Ads Legendary's registered office apply, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
